Resetting Remote Access Server
If you have a SpeedTouch USB / 330 / PC NIC card and are unable to connect to your ADSL service because the SpeedTouch internet connection has not been created or is inaccessible you may need to reset the Remote Access Server. (Applicable for Windows 2000 and XP).

Instructions:1. Click on Start
2. Go to Run
3. Open: Regedit
4. Open/Expand the folders:
- HKEY_Local_Machine
- System
- CurrentControlSet
- Services
- Rasman
- PPP
- EAP
There will be 4 folders - 4, 13, 25, and 26.
5. Delete folders 25 and 26.
6. Restart the PC.
7. The connection should now be available to use.
